Cancellation
Premium subscriptions are intended to be cancel-anytime. When cancellation is requested, access typically continues through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Refund Requests
Refunds are not guaranteed for every purchase, but we review requests in good faith when there has been duplicate billing, unauthorized charges, or a material problem accessing the premium service.
To request a refund, contact support with the purchase email, payment date, and a short explanation of the issue.
Trials and Promotional Pricing
If Sukoon Savera offers a trial, discounted access, or a member price, the terms shown at the time of purchase will control how billing begins and whether the offer renews at a different rate later.
